What is your processing time?

Custom Items - 7-14 business days

Regular Items - 24-48 hours

What is the process of ordering a custom item?

Custom items take a little bit longer because we want to ensure we get everything to your liking. Please refer to the "How To Order Custom Items" tab and follow the instructions.

What are your shipping and exchange policies?

Shipping policy

- Shipping time:

First class shipping - 1-3 business days

Priority shipping - 2-3 business days

- Express shipping is not available

-Free shipping available for orders over $125

Exchange Policy

- No refunds.

-For exchanges please reach out to our customer support team at support@beyoumvmnt.com.

-Exchanges must be unworn & unwashed.

- Exchanges accepted within 5 days of the order being received

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided when making your purchase. Please ensure you check your spam and junk folder as well. You may also go to the Help Center tab and track your order on our website for further assistance.
